I have you booked for my neighborhood. Will
you be there?
Absolutely. The current operating owners are not in a hurry to go
anywhere. We just knew finding the right person to take
over operation and/or ownership
might take a while so we're getting started now.

I have my own idea for a food truck. Why
would I want to buy Krumbly's?
Getting a new business off the ground usually takes 3+ years to be
profitable. We just did those first three years for you! Even if you
have your own concept in mind Krumbly's could be a good idea for you to
introduce your concept's menu items slowly as specials as you get
familiar with the ins and outs of the business. Once you have
confidence in your concept and menu, pull the sign off the side of the
mobile kitchen, put your own on there and begin operation.

I was thinking about booking you for an event
but will you still be in business if I do?
Yes! We will not take any jobs that we cannot fulfill. We, the
current owners, have lived in Tulsa our entire lives and have been
in the same home for 34 years. We're not going anywhere.
|
Q
A |
What is a Krumbly?
In addition to being the name of this delicious food concept, a
"Krumbly" is our
signature item: a krumbled beef burger served with a variety of
toppings and condiments. They're delicious!

Q
A |
Why are the current owners selling?
Due to other business
obligations over the 3 1/2 years of the business we have only operated
at about 15% of the potential
capacity of the business. We know the right partner or new owner who
had more time to devote could do really well with it so it seems a
shame not to make that opportunity available.
|
Q
A |
If I buy the company do I get to
keep the big yellow Hummer H2?
Yes! You'll need something to pull the
kitchen
trailer with, after all. If you already have something then we can
discuss excluding it from the deal.
|
Q
A |
Does Krumbly's have employees?
No. We do have occasional contract helpers for big events, mostly to
improve ticket times and make it easier on us but the business is
primarily owner operated.
|
Q
A |
Is the Hummer hard to drive?
It's more difficult than a Honda but anyone with the desire and will to
do so should be able to handle it. And we'll give you lessons.
|
Q
A |
Is it hard to work the food line?
We have our processes perfected to the point that even a new person
can usually "get" the task in front of them within a few minutes. If
you're a serious prospective buyer we will be happy to show you. |
Q
A |
Can I get more pictures?
Because we are selling all or a portion of an entire business, we are
asking those with serious interest to come out and meet us in-person.
Details are covered in our for-sale page here. |
Q
A |
What is the selling price and how do I make
this purchase?
What is being offered for sale is an entire business that is currently
up and running as "Krumbly's Kitchen." The business has assets of just
over $105K in value.
A 50% operating ownership in the company has been listed for $49,000.
Under this scenario the newly bought-in partners would be responsible
for running the mobile kitchen in service. The current
owners will continue to operate the business office and assist with
marketing, maintenance, deliveries and other aspects of the business as
needed.
Prospective partners or buyers should
first come and see us when we are in service
and introduce themselves. We will provide you with a list of
assets of the company in order for you to research and do your due
diligence. You will also be provided an offer sheet to complete with
your offer and percentage buy-in. If we have met already and you just
need a bid sheet, please
email bryan@krumblys.com.
Times and places to view the business are covered elsewhere in this
FAQ.

Q
A |
Is just the trailer for sale?
We are currently only seeking a buyer for the entire business or
someone to buy in as our operational partner. |
Q
A |
Can I come see the trailer in person?
Of course. Please do! Check out our calendar of locations
and come by any time we are open. The best time when we will likely
have the most opportunity to speak with you are our Friday nights at
The Nook (909 S 12th St, Broken Arrow.) Qualified buyers are also
welcome to make an appointment for a private showing in person or by
video chat. |
Q
A |
If I buy this business do I have to keep it
as Krumbly's?
If you buy in as a partner it will remain Krumbly's until such time
that all partners
mutually agree to do something different.
If you buy in as sole owner, you can change it on day one if you wish.
We do strongly suggest you operate it as Krumbly's at least initially
so you can make money as you refine your own concept or menu, but as
sole owner that would be entirely up to you.
